HUISHENG INTL<01340> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of Huisheng International Holdings Limited
("Huisheng International") will cease after the close of business
on Thursday, 13/08/2026.   As from the close of business on that day,
the counter for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2986)
of Huisheng International as represented by old share certificates
will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of Huisheng International
will only be under the following arrangements: -
