UNI HEALTH<02211> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
 ordinary shares of Universal Health International Group Holding Limited
("Universal Health International") will cease after the close of business
on Friday, 04/07/2025. As from the close of business on that day, the
counter for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2988) of
Universal Health International as represented by old share certificates
will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of Universal Health
International will only be under the following arrangements: -
