GREEN LEADER<00061> - Share Consolidation


According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Green Leader
Holdings Group Limited ("Green Leader"), the share consolidation of 4
shares of HKD0.001 each ("Old Shares") in Green Leader into 1 consolidated
share of HKD0.004 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 14/07/2026.

As from Tuesday, 14/07/2026, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace
the original counter (stock code: 61) for trading in the Old Shares:-
