DT CAPITAL<00356> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by DT Capital
Limited ("DT Capital"), the share consolidation of 15 shares of HKD0.01
each ("Old Shares") in DT Capital into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.15
each ("New Shares") will become effective on 20/07/2026.  As from Monday,
20/07/2026, a temporary counter under the following particulars will be
established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter
(stock code: 356) for trading in the Old Shares:-
