COOLPAD GROUP<02369> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
Coolpad Group Limited ("Coolpad Group"), the share consolidation
of 40 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Coolpad Group
into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.4 each ("New Shares") will
become effective on 10/06/2025.  As from Tuesday, 10/06/2025,
a temporary counter under the following particulars will be
established for trading in the New Shares to replace the
original counter (stock code: 2369) for trading in the Old Shares:-
