POLY XVERSE IT<00209> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of Poly Xverse Intelligent Technology Co. Ltd
("Poly Xverse Intelligent Technology") will cease after the close
of business on Thursday, 27/08/2026.   As from the close of business
on that day, the counter for trading in the consolidated shares
(stock code: 2991) of Poly Xverse Intelligent Technology as represented
by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of
Poly Xverse Intelligent Technology will only be under the following
arrangements: -
