CAPITAL REALM<00204> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of Capital Realm Financial Holdings Group Limited
("Capital Realm") will cease after the close of business on Tuesday,
12/08/2025. As from the close of business on that day, the counter for
trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2992) of Capital Realm
as represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading
in the shares of Capital Realm will only be under the following
arrangements: -
