CHINASILVER TEC<00515> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by China Silver
Technology Holdings Limited ("China Silver Technology"), the share
consolidation of 5 shares of HKD0.001 each ("Old Shares") in China Silver
Technology into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.005 each ("New Shares") will
become effective on 16/06/2025. As from Monday, 16/06/2025, a temporary
counter under the following particulars will be established for trading
in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 515) for
trading in the Old Shares:-
