FEG HOLDINGS<01413> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
FEG Holdings Corporation Limited ("FEG Holdings"), the share
consolidation of 5 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in
FEG Holdings into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.05 each ("New
Shares") will become effective on 16/12/2025. As from Tuesday,
16/12/2025, a temporary counter under the following particulars
will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace the
original counter (stock code: 1413) for trading in the Old Shares:-
