ARTINI HLDG<00789> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Artini Holdings
Limited ("Artini Holdings"), the share consolidation of 5 shares of
HKD0.05 each ("Old Shares") in Artini Holdings into 1 consolidated share
of HKD0.25 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 20/07/2026.  As
from Monday, 20/07/2026, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace
the original counter (stock code: 789) for trading in the Old Shares:-
