CH SUPPLY CHAIN<03708> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by China
Supply Chain Holdings Limited ("China Supply Chain"), the share
consolidation of 10 shares of HKD0.002 each ("Old Shares") in
China Supply Chain into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.020 each
("New Shares") will become effective on 13/01/2026.  As from
Tuesday, 13/01/2026, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares
to replace the original counter (stock code: 3708) for trading
in the Old Shares:-
