Market participants are requested to note that the company name of Wai
Hung Group Holdings Limited has been changed to "ZhongKe Group Holdings
Limited". Accordingly, the stock short name of its ordinary shares (stock
code: 3321) will also be changed to "ZHONGKE GROUP" with effect from
Tuesday, 31/03/2026.
