LINGBAO GOLD<03330> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
H shares of Lingbao Gold Group Company Ltd. ("Lingbao Gold") will cease
after the close of business on Monday, 16/03/2026. As from the close
of business on that day, the counter for trading in board lot of 1,000
H shares (stock code: 2919) of Lingbao Gold will be withdrawn and trading
in the H shares of Lingbao Gold will only be under the following
arrangements: -
