CHINA NEXT-GEN<03928> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Wednesday, 22/04/2026, the board lots for trading
in the ordinary shares (stock code: 3928) of China Next-Gen Commerce
and Supply Chain Limited ("China Next-Gen") will be changed from
2,000 shares to 500 shares, new share certificate will have the same
format and colour as the existing share certificate.  Accordingly,
the parallel trading in the ordinary shares of China Next-Gen will
commence on Wednesday, 22/04/2026 under the following particulars:
