CHINA NEXT-GEN<03928> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of China Next-Gen Commerce and Supply Chain Limited
("China Next-Gen") will cease after the close of business on Wednesday,
13/05/2026.  As from the close of business on that day, the counter for
trading in board lot of 2,000 shares (stock code: 2941) of China Next-Gen
will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of China Next-Gen will only
be under the following arrangements: -
