MINTH GROUP<00425> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of Minth Group Limited ("Minth Group") will
cease after the close of business on Wednesday, 18/03/2026.  As
from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading
in board lot of 2,000 shares (stock code: 2921) of Minth Group
will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of Minth Group will
only be under the following arrangements: -
