Market participants are requested to note that the company name of GCL New
Energy Holdings Limited has been changed to "Dynasty Digital Holdings
Limited". Accordingly, the stock short name of its ordinary shares (stock
code: 451) will also be changed to "DYNASTY DIGITAL" with effect from
Tuesday, 23/06/2026.
