GW TERROIR<00524> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Monday, 20/07/2026, the board lots for trading in the
ordinary shares (stock code: 524) of Great Wall Terroir Holdings Limited
("Great Wall Terroir") will be changed from 50,000 shares to 10,000
shares, new share certificate will have the same format and colour as the
existing share certificate. Accordingly, the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Great Wall Terroir will commence on Monday, 20/07/2026
under the following particulars:
