GW TERROIR<00524> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Great Wall Terroir Holdings Limited ("Great Wall
Terroir") will cease after the close of business on Friday, 07/08/2026.
As from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in
board lot of 50,000 shares (stock code: 2994) of Great Wall Terroir will
be withdrawn and trading in the shares of Great Wall Terroir will only be
under the following arrangements: -
