ZMJ<00564> - Change of Company Name

Market participants are requested to note that the company name of
Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group Company Limited has been
changed to "ZMJ Group Company Limited". Accordingly, the Chinese stock
short name of its H shares (stock code: 564) will also be changed with
effect from Wednesday, 13/08/2025 while its English stock short name
remain unchanged.
