IMAGI INT'L<00585> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Monday, 24/08/2026, the board lots for trading in
the ordinary shares (stock code: 585) of Imagi International Holdings
Limited ("Imagi International") will be changed from 8,000 shares to
500 shares, new share certificate will have the same format and colour
as the existing share certificate.  Accordingly, the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of Imagi International will commence on Monday,
24/08/2026 under the following particulars:
