IMAGI INT'L<00585> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of Imagi International Holdings Limited
("Imagi International") will cease after the close of business
on Friday, 11/09/2026.  As from the close of business on that
day, the counter for trading in board lot of 8,000 shares (stock
code: 2909) of Imagi International will be withdrawn and trading
in the shares of Imagi International will only be under the
following arrangements: -
