BEIGENE<06160> - Change of English Company Name

Market participants are requested to note that the English name
of BeiGene, Ltd. has been changed to "BeOne Medicines Ltd.".
Accordingly, the English stock short name of its ordinary shares
(stock code: 6160) will also be changed to "BEONE MEDICINES"
with effect from Wednesday, 22/10/2025 while its Chinese stock
short name remain unchanged.
