Market participants are requested to note that the company name of
Japan Kyosei Group Company Limited has been changed to "Vision Synergy
Holdings Limited". Accordingly, the stock short name of its ordinary
shares (stock code: 627) will also be changed to "VISION SYNERGY" with
effect from Thursday, 20/11/2025.
