TECHTRONIC IND<00669> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of Techtronic Industries Company Limited
("Techtronic Industries") will cease after the close of business
on Monday, 26/10/2026.  As from the close of business on that day,
the counter for trading in board lot of 500 shares (stock code: 2916)
of Techtronic Industries will be withdrawn and trading in the shares
of Techtronic Industries will only be under the following arrangements: -
