ASIA TELE-NET<00679> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Asia Tele-Net and Technology Corporation Limited
("Asia Tele-Net") will cease after the close of business on Wednesday,
08/07/2026.  As from the close of business on that day, the counter for
trading in board lot of 10,000 shares (stock code: 2965) of Asia Tele-Net
will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of Asia Tele-Net will only
be under the following arrangements: -
