Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Dragon Rise Group Holdings Limited ("Dragon Rise
Group") will cease after the close of business on Thursday, 14/05/2026. As
from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in board
lot of 10,000 shares (stock code: 2942) of Dragon Rise Group will be
withdrawn and trading in the shares of Dragon Rise Group will only be
under the following arrangements: -
