CN CULTURE GP<00745> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Wednesday, 12/08/2026, the board lots for trading in
the ordinary shares (stock code: 745) of China National Culture Group
Limited ("China National") will be changed from 20,000 shares to
2,000 shares, new share certificate will have the same format and
colour as the existing share certificate.  Accordingly, the parallel
trading in the ordinary shares of China National will commence on
Wednesday, 12/08/2026 under the following particulars:
