CN CULTURE GP<00745> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of China National Culture Group Limited ("China National")
will cease after the close of business on Tuesday, 01/09/2026.  As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in board lot of
20,000 shares (stock code: 2905) of China National will be withdrawn and
trading in the shares of China National will only be under the following
arrangements: -
