Market participants are requested to note that the company name
of Imperium Financial Group Limited has been changed to "China
Investment Financial Technology Group Limited". Accordingly, the
stock short name of its ordinary shares (stock code: 8029) will also
be changed to "CI FIN TECH GP" with effect from Thursday, 30/04/2026.
