Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of Fengyinhe Holdings Limited ("Fengyinhe") will
cease after the close of business on Tuesday, 18/11/2025. As from the
close of business on that day, the counter for trading in board lot
of 5,000 shares (stock code: 8582) of Fengyinhe will be withdrawn and
trading in the shares of Fengyinhe will only be under the following
arrangements: -
