INTELLIMARK AI<08041> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Monday, 09/03/2026, the board lots for trading
in the ordinary shares (stock code: 8041) of IntelliMark AI
International Limited ("IntelliMark AI") will be changed from
20,000 shares to 5,000 shares, new share certificate will have
the same format and colour as the existing share certificate.
Accordingly, the parallel trading in the ordinary shares of
IntelliMark AI will commence on Monday, 09/03/2026 under the
following particulars:
