INTELLIMARK AI<08041> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of IntelliMark AI International Limited
("IntelliMark AI") will cease after the close of business on
Friday, 27/03/2026. As from the close of business on that day,
the counter for trading in board lot of 20,000 shares (stock
code: 8598) of IntelliMark AI will be withdrawn and trading in
the shares of IntelliMark AI will only be under the following
arrangements: -
