KOS INTL<08042> - Change of Company Name

Market participants are requested to note that the company name of
KOS International Holdings Limited has been changed to "KOS International
Talent Group Limited". Accordingly, the stock short name of its ordinary
shares (stock code: 8042) will also be changed to "KOS TALENT GP" with
effect from Thursday, 16/04/2026.
