Market participants are requested to note that the company name
of Sunny Side Up Culture Holdings Limited has been changed to
"Qing Hua Holding Group Company Limited". Accordingly, the
stock short name of its ordinary shares (stock code: 8082) will also
be changed to "QINGHUA HOLD" with effect from Friday, 15/08/2025.
