QINGDA ORIENTAL<08115> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
H shares of Qingda Oriental Group Co., Ltd. ("Qingda Oriental") will
cease after the close of business on Thursday, 22/10/2026.  As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in board
lot of 4,000 H shares (stock code: 8582) of Qingda Oriental will be
withdrawn and trading in the H shares of Qingda Oriental will only
be under the following arrangements: -
