BYD COMPANY-R<81211> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Friday, 19/09/2025, the board lots for trading in the
H shares (HKD counter: 1211 and RMB counter: 81211) of BYD Company Limited
("BYD Company") will be changed from 500 H shares to 100 H shares, new
share certificate will have the same format and colour as the existing
share certificate.  Accordingly, the parallel trading in the H shares of
BYD Company will commence on Friday, 19/09/2025 under the following
particulars:
