BYD COMPANY-R<81211> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
H shares of BYD Company Limited ("BYD Company") will cease after the
close of business on Monday, 13/10/2025.  As from the close of
business on that day, the counter for trading in board lot of 500
H shares (HKD counter: 2944 and RMB counter: 82944) of BYD Company
will be withdrawn and trading in the H shares of BYD Company will only
be under the following arrangements: -
