Market participants are requested to note that the company name
of China New Holdings Limited has been changed to "RJVAN Holdings
Limited". Accordingly, the stock short name of its ordinary shares
(stock code: 8125) will also be changed to "RJVAN" with effect
from Tuesday, 18/08/2026.
