CAPITAL FIN<08239> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Tuesday, 26/05/2026, the board lots for trading in
the ordinary shares (stock code: 8239) of Capital Finance Holdings
Limited ("Capital Finance") will be changed from 10,000 shares to 500
shares, new share certificate will have the same format and colour as
the existing share certificate.  Accordingly, the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of Capital Finance will commence on Tuesday,
26/05/2026 under the following particulars:
