CAPITAL FIN<08239> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Capital Finance Holdings Limited ("Capital Finance")
will cease after the close of business on Monday, 15/06/2026.  As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in board lot
of 10,000 shares (stock code: 8559) of Capital Finance will be withdrawn
and trading in the shares of Capital Finance will only be under the
following arrangements: -
