Market participants are requested to note that the company name of
Vertical International Holdings Limited has been changed to "Data Union
Capital International Holdings Group Limited". Accordingly, the stock
short name of its ordinary shares (stock code: 8375) will also be changed
to "DATA UNION CAP" with effect from Wednesday, 18/06/2025.
