ZXZN QI-HOUSE<08395> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Thursday, 15/10/2026, the board lots for trading in the
ordinary shares (stock code: 8395) of ZXZN Qi-House Holdings Limited
("ZXZN Qi-House") will be changed from 20,000 shares to 5,000 shares,
new share certificate will have the same format and colour as the
existing share certificate.  Accordingly, the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of ZXZN Qi-House will commence on Thursday,
15/10/2026 under the following particulars:
