WS-SK TARGET<08427> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Friday, 22/08/2025, the board lots for trading in
the ordinary shares (stock code: 8427) of WS-SK Target Group Limited
("WS-SK Target") will be changed from 1,200 shares to 400 shares,
new share certificate will have the same format and colour as the
existing share certificate. Accordingly, the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of WS-SK Target will commence on Friday, 22/08/2025
under the following particulars:
