WS-SK TARGET<08427> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of WS-SK Target Group Limited ("WS-SK Target")
will cease after the close of business on Thursday, 11/09/2025. As
from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in
board lot of 1,200 shares (stock code: 8566) of WS-SK Target will
be withdrawn and trading in the shares of WS-SK Target will only be
under the following arrangements: -
