BASETROPHY GP<08460> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Thursday, 16/04/2026, the board lots for trading in
the ordinary shares (stock code: 8460) of Basetrophy Group Holdings
Limited ("Basetrophy Group") will be changed from 20,000 shares to
5,000 shares, new share certificate will have the same format and
colour as the existing share certificate.  Accordingly, the parallel
trading in the ordinary shares of Basetrophy Group will commence on
Thursday, 16/04/2026 under the following particulars:
