Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Basetrophy Group Holdings Limited ("Basetrophy Group")
will cease after the close of business on Thursday, 07/05/2026.  As
from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in
board lot of 20,000 shares (stock code: 8551) of Basetrophy Group will
be withdrawn and trading in the shares of Basetrophy Group will only be
under the following arrangements: -
