VICTORY SEC<08540> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Friday, 19/12/2025, the board lots for trading
in the ordinary shares (stock code: 8540) of Victory Securities
(Holdings) Company Limited ("Victory Securities") will be changed
from 2,000 shares to 1,000 shares, new share certificate will have
the same format and colour as the existing share certificate.
Accordingly, the parallel trading in the ordinary shares of
Victory Securities will commence on Friday, 19/12/2025 under the
following particulars:
