Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of Victory Securities (Holdings) Company
Limited ("Victory Securities") will cease after the close of
business on Tuesday, 13/01/2026.  As from the close of business
on that day, the counter for trading in board lot of 2,000 shares
(stock code: 8587) of Victory Securities will be withdrawn and
trading in the shares of Victory Securities will only be under
the following arrangements: -
