SINOFORTUNE FIN<08123> - Share Consolidation

According to the capital reorganisation timetable issued by
Sinofortune Financial Holdings Limited ("Sinofortune Financial"),
the capital reorganisation which comprises the share consolidation
of 60 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") into 1 consolidated
share of HKD0.60 each and the capital reduction of par value
of the consolidated shares from HKD0.60 each in Sinofortune Financial
to HKD0.01 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 23/04/2026.
As from Thursday, 23/04/2026, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace
the original counter (stock code: 8123) for trading in the Old Shares:-
